\nLorez Bailey is a strategic consultant\, facilitator\, and leadership speaker known for helping organizations build strong cultures\, aligned leadership\, and meaningful community impact. A former Publisher of the \;North Bay Business Journal\, she previously served as Executive Director of Chop&rsquo\;s Teen Club and Director of College and Career Readiness at Social Advocates for Youth\, leading initiatives that strengthened workforce pathways for Sonoma County youth. Often called &ldquo\;The Connector\,&rdquo\; Lorez brings an engaging\, practical approach to leadership\, communication\, and organizational growth. She was named Woman of the Year by U.S. Congressman Mike Thompson in 2019 and serves on the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
