We've created something truly remarkable here in Windsor\, and yet times have been frustrating and precarious for many of our dedicated small business owners. Now\, finally\, the Town is negotiating a transformative new Civic Center Project that could make all the difference for our success.\n\nMaureen Merrill\, a founding former Town Council member and small commercial property owner and principal of Merrill Consulting\, was the first catalyst for the original vision for downtown Windsor. She recently co-founded Windsor Downtown Business Alliance\, expressly to identify\, express and convey business concerns to town leaders\, supporting them in decisions that will help us thrive.
