LOCATION:Windsor Downtown Merchants New this year\, we will be including multiple locations in the Bell Village Shopping Center. Dog & Hydrant is creating a raffle basket to help draw walkers to the Bell Village stops. All Wine Walk ticket holders will receive a free raffle ticket when they check in for the event\, but will have to come to Bell Village to drop their ticket into the entry box located in Dog & Hydrant. Don't miss your chance to win a lovely basket with over $300 in gift cards\, merchandise\, and holiday goodies.
