Description
"In Conversation With" Chief Greg Piccinini
Come and meet our new Chief of Police. The Town of Windsor and the Police Department are excited to welcome Lieutenant Gregory Piccinini. With 18 years of experience in law enforcement, Chief Piccinini brings a strong background in community-oriented policing and leadership. He has a deep commitment to Windsor and aims to continue building strong community bonds while providing fair and compassionate law enforcement.
Chief Piccinini's career began with the Clear Lake Police Department in 2005, followed by various roles with the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office since 2007, including Deputy Sheriff and Patrol Lieutenant. His dedication to public safety is reflected in numerous awards, including the Medal of Valor and the Medal of Merit for his involvement in the 2017 Tubbs Fire.
