"IN CONVERSATION WITH" Jon Stout, Airport Manager, Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport (STS)
Jon has over 31 years of airport management experience, specializing in development, operations, and marketing. As the manager of Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport (STS) since 2002, he oversees daily operations and long-term growth, including a recent modernization project to enhance capacity for additional carriers. Jon holds a Bachelor's in Airport Administration from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University. He is active in professional associations and is a licensed private pilot. He lives in Ukiah with his wife and two children.

Jonny Westom is the Vice President of Business Development for Sonoma County Tourism (SCT), a role he's held since August 2021. With over two decades in the tourism industry, Jonny has led key organizations, including Visit Dana Point and the Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau, and spent 11 years with the Greater Palm Springs bureau. He holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a business degree from Point Loma Nazarene University. A Windsor resident, Jonny enjoys watching airplanes take off and land from his yard, blending his passion for travel with his love for Sonoma County’s vibrant community.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be presenting a check to Food For Thought, a nonprofit committed to addressing the nutritional needs of individuals facing serious medical conditions, as well as those at risk of malnutrition and food insecurity. This donation is made possible by a portion of the proceeds from our Chili Cook-off event held in September 2024.
