Many of us were raised to believe that "working harder" is the only path to success. However, with stress accounting for 70-80% of doctor visits, women can no longer deny that we are burning ourselves out as a culture. Any coach can tell you that working smarter is better than working harder. In this program, our local coaches offer ways to curtail the stress and burnout of the modern era helping us to be more deeply centered and intentional.
Join us for an inspiring and practical program led by local coaches - Grace Brooks, Mayra Hernandez, Michelle Hardeman-Guptil, Cordelia Wolf, and Lori Varsames - who will share strategies to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and help you become more centered and intentional in your personal and professional life. This discussion is designed for women navigating the demands of the modern era and seeking sustainable success.
SCWP and Windsor Chamber members are encouraged to bring a raffle prize to promote your business and to support our program.
