Description
Presence Under Pressure: Cultivating Confidence from the Inside Out
In her signature presentation, Presence Under Pressure, Michelle will share practical, evidence-based tools to help professionals communicate with confidence, remain grounded in high-pressure situations, and lead with authenticity. Drawing on neuroscience, trauma-informed practices, and somatic awareness, she offers a fresh perspective on confidence—not as something we perform, but as something we embody.
Whether you're presenting to an audience, networking, leading a team, or navigating challenging conversations, you'll gain practical strategies to regulate your nervous system, communicate with clarity, and transform pressure into an opportunity for greater connection and influence.
Known for creating experiences that are both practical and transformational, Michelle empowers individuals to move beyond managing stress and into a more authentic, resilient, and confident way of leading. Her work specializes in post-traumatic growth, embodiment, and personal expansion, supporting therapists, transformational coaches, healing practitioners, medical professionals in private practice, and midlife professional women.
Join us for an engaging and empowering presentation that will leave you with practical tools to strengthen your presence, elevate your communication, and lead with confidence—in business and in life.
