Description

Visibility with Integrity
Showing Up with Purpose, Leading with Impact

In today’s complex media landscape, visibility goes far beyond social media, it’s reflected in how leaders show up in conversations, engage within their communities, represent their organizations, and communicate consistently across every channel.

Join us for Visibility with Integrity, where Lorez Bailey shares a powerful, values-driven approach to building meaningful visibility that resonates. Through thoughtful positioning, intentional planning, and authentic communication, leaders can strengthen credibility and foster lasting trust at every touchpoint.

This engaging session will explore why visibility without strategy becomes noise, how every interaction contributes to your story, and why reputation is shaped long before any headline. Walk away with insights to align your presence with your purpose—and lead with clarity, consistency, and impact.

Lorez Bailey is a strategic consultant, facilitator, and leadership speaker known for helping organizations build strong cultures, aligned leadership, and meaningful community impact. A former Publisher of the North Bay Business Journal, she previously served as Executive Director of Chop’s Teen Club and Director of College and Career Readiness at Social Advocates for Youth, leading initiatives that strengthened workforce pathways for Sonoma County youth. Often called “The Connector,” Lorez brings an engaging, practical approach to leadership, communication, and organizational growth. She was named Woman of the Year by U.S. Congressman Mike Thompson in 2019 and serves on the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

SCWP and Windsor Chamber members are encouraged to bring a raffle prize to promote their business. All proceeds go directly back into the SCWP program as we continue to build our community of professional women.
